Well, it has been sometime since my last post. Things are going busy nowadays but nothing can stop me when it comes to music!!!

Here comes one of my all-time fav EDM artists: Hardwell! This Dutch guy is only 23 years old but is capable of a loooooooooot! I had the chance to listen him live once in Montreal last year and am just looking forward to seeing him again! Maybe Tomorrowland 2012, you never know ;)

Here I share with you a fantastic & mind blowing set of Hardwell recorded at Electric Zoo 2011. Truly, this set is one of the best sets I ever listened to! Just turn the volume up and loose the control!!!! :)

who am i and where did this idea come from?

well, i am a 25years old guy who can’t live without his ipod.

i was always into music but never had the chance (or spend the time) to learn how to play an instrument. by the time passed and i grew up, i felt guilty about this. however i became a passionate listener - hell yeah! but i definitely want to give a try to a music instrument - seeing my mother learning how to play lute in her 50s makes me think i have plenty of time :)

i’ve been listening to different styles of music in the past (i guess everybody been there once, as you get older, you are getting interested in new styles) and now i got stuck at electronic dance music - thank god :) . most of the time (doesn’t matter if it’s early morning or late night) i listen to EDM, progressive EDMprogressive trance and trance. names include swedish house mafia, axwell, steve angello, markus schulz, above&beyond, sander van doorn and many others. i used to listen to house music much more a while ago and i still listen some times.

on the other side, there are a few names that i will never stop listening to. for example, there is this British girl who came into my life about a year ago: adele. i rarely stop listening to her - literally! all i wanna say is, may god bless her soul! and i have to mention amy winehouse, alicia keys and norah jones too. all great!

i won’t list all the names here and now -otherwise my blog would be meaningless or at least not surprising at all- but i do promise, i will try my best to write about great artists in the future.

back to the caption, who am i and where did this idea come from? shortly, i am an engineer and i love browsing, reading, tweeting about 2 things: music and tech. it’s not the place to write about tech here (maybe posterous some time later) but i will do my best about music. story: this morning, for some reason i woke up before 6am (was strange because i do usually sleep till late afternoon) and i noticed a famous night club in istanbul (roxy) started following me on twitter. don’t know why, i asked myself why not to blog about music? knowing that people used to call me party animal and they always appreciated the music playlists i played at house parties, i decided to blog!

i guess i will stop here now. all comments are appreciated! and thank you guys for reading ;)
